Who Can Join the Programs at Team Martial Arts?
We have classes for boys, girls, men and women of all skill levels and ages. Our classes are a great mix of all fitness levels, and no previous experience is necessary. Our classes are done by age level so that we can motivate and introduce material that is appropriate for each group.
Champions Classes: Age 3.5-6
Our Champions program is designed for our youngest students, typically ages 3.5 to 6, and focuses on building strong foundations in both movement and confidence. Students begin learning basic kicks, blocks, and punches in a structured and encouraging environment. They practice listening skills, focus, and respect through guided mat chats that connect lessons on the mat to life at home and school. In these early years, the goal is not perfection. It is belonging, effort, and teaching them to believe in themselves.
Youth Classes: Ages 7-12
In our Youth program, students expand their skills with more detailed techniques and combinations. Each class blends martial arts, fitness, and intentional life skill conversations that help them understand focus, perseverance, balance, and leadership in everyday life. Students learn that progress comes from showing up and giving their best effort. As they grow stronger physically, they also grow in character and self-confidence, supported by instructors and peers who genuinely want to see them succeed.
Teen/Adult Classes: Ages 13+
Our Teen and Adult program brings together martial arts, conditioning, and teamwork in an environment rooted in mutual respect and encouragement. Students learn practical self defense skills while building strength, coordination, and control of mind and body. Students develop patience, leadership, and confidence that carries into work, school, and home life. It is a space where effort and progress are valued, and where every student is supported.
